Stay here for my bachelorette weekend with 7 other girls and it was perfect!! Allen was very accommodating when it came to early check in so my girls could surprise me with gifts and some decor! And whenever I had a question or concern someone always responded within minutes! The only thing that wasn’t there that we needed were scissors and a bottle opener but we managed. Uber was about a 15 min drive to downtown which wasn’t too bad. And we absolutely LOVED the rooftop firepit, it was the perfect way to end the weekend. Would definitely stay here again :)

Things you need to know
If the cushions are not on the furniture they are in the storage benches. Please make sure to put them back after using them.

3 Trash Bags.
Laundry Detergent for 1-2 uses.
Dishwasher Soap for 1-2 uses.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Telephones in the Rental Property may be blocked to allow local calls only.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If you are staying at a property with a rooftop balcony/patio you are allowed only on the rooftop balcony/patio. Guests are strictly prohibited from climbing over any railing to gain access to the roof of the property or to gain access to an adjacent property. Any guest found on the roof will be immediately evicted without any refunds.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- Make sure that all doors - including the garage door and any exterior access door - are kept closed when not using the home.
- Make sure that all vehicle doors are locked.
- Do not provide alcohol to members of group and/or visitors from outside your group if those people are already intoxicated and/or are under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
- Make sure that doors and windows are not left open during your stay while central heat/air is being used.
- Avoid turning the temperature down to a level below 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death.
- Steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, and exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, and sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities.
- Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.
