You'll be sitting just half a mile from the public beach, restaurants, and shops! The location is so convenient and you won't find anything like this. Some incredible restaurants you can find nearby are The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Sunrise Coffee Co. South of Philly, Vue on 30a, Goatfeather seafood, and Growler Garage Pub. If you'd like to also enjoy great Gulf views and live music, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is the place for you! Near the home is the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offering a plethora of fun outdoor activities for the whole family such as bicycling, birding, camping and glamping, fishing, hiking, paddling, and more!

We loved everything about this house and it's location. More than enough room and anything you think you might need, it's probably there. The beds were super comfy and the master bathroom 🤩 awesome! The pool was our favorite spot and a bonus that the covered sitting area has a tv and was next to the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Things you need to know

One surveillance camera is installed at the front door, pointed toward the driveway. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.

One day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Rental includes linens, towels, iron, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Only one adult can sleep on each bed on the bunk beds.
  • You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
