Parking information
- Parking spaces for 4 vehicles (maximum overnight allowance). - Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our team members after booking.

This house is perfect for family groups! The house is new, beautifully furnished, conveniently designed and located in a neighborhood close to the main security gate, beach access and dining options. The large kitchen easily accommodates meal prep and storage. We enjoyed the screened porch, especially being able to dine outside. We would definitely consider another stay in this house!

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground, complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, oceanfront pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
