Perfect space and well stocked for our family of four. Clean and comfortable modern beds, down comforters, furniture, and streaming TV. Close to Sun Valley village and Dollar Mountain. The condo complex's sauna and hot tub were nice winter-time amenities to have. Parking is adjacent to the building which is convenient to have the vehicle nearby.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Restrictions

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
