Neighborhood: Cinnamon Shore South - Just a short stroll to the community lake, pool, or sugar-sand beach just beyond the dunes. - Driving 1.5 miles is necessary from Cinnamon Shore South to access Cinnamon Shore North's amenities.
Parking information
- With no garage access, there’s still ample room to park and unpack for a stress-free stay. - No parking is allowed on the streets. Guests may bring up to three vehicles per home and two vehicles per condominium unit rented. - Any overflow parking should be in the designated paved stone areas located throughout the community. - All unauthorized vehicles parked in the street will be towed at the owners’ expense. Please contact us prior to arrival for assistance with RV, trailer, and boat parking, as they are NOT ALLOWED on the property. Boat parking is available at City Marina. - Only registered and insured carts are allowed on the beaches and streets of Port Aransas; ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and/or other vehicles that are not licensed and permitted for use on streets are strictly prohibited. - Carts are NOT ALLOWED on Hwy 361.

My family and I (9 people: 5 adults, 3 little kids, and a teenager) recently stayed at Ocean Paradise at Cinnamon Shore South. The adults all had their own King rooms with TVs and attached baths; the littles had a 3 person bunk room near the parents, and the teenager had his own huge bunk room, TV (XBox) room and bath! Beautiful designer Beach decor. Property was more even more beautiful than described - huge well- equipped kitchen, dining, and living area for all to enjoy together. One block from the beach and from 3 different pools-we walked everywhere. Outdoor shower for cleanup after beach and swimming (beach towels provided!) Lots of amenities nearby; new boceball court across the street. AND a beautiful ocean view from the LR balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine! The perfect rental for a big group. We will return.

Things you need to know
Cinnamon Shore South offers resort-style pools, scenic parks, a lakeside boardwalk, a community pier, fishing pavilions, and a playscape, with access to North’s pools, lakes, fitness center, restaurants, and Town Center events.
Smart TV and Live TV capabilities available, no direct cable.
Guests will have a two-day supply of start-up sundries. This typically includes dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Other than the initial complimentary supply, guests will need to purchase items needed from a local store or bring those items with you. If supplies are missing from the home, it must be reported within one hour of arrival.
Linens are included.
Please be advised that there is construction around this property. Construction is limited to normal business hours, 8 am-6 pm Monday-Saturday. Please call the office for more information.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property and provide a valid license to check-in. We require an adult, 25 years or older, to be present for the stay.
- The rental unit may not be sublet or the rental agreement assigned without written consent of our authorized agent.
- Guests agree to abide by the number of persons included in the reservation agreement. Maximum occupancy is based on the number of bedrooms and the existing bedding offered. Rollaway beds are not available, and inflatable mattresses are not allowed. Maximum occupancy numbers do not include children under the age of two years. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, additional fees and/or eviction will result. Additional guests visiting during the day cannot exceed the sleeping arrangements of the home, and all non-registered guests must depart by quiet hours at 10 PM.
- We have described all homes and condominiums and their furnishings as accurately as possible based on the owners’ information and provision. Sometimes owners will remodel or redecorate, add or remove an item, or discontinue a service after the information has been published. Our staff will make every effort to ensure that all properties are fully furnished and functioning properly and that repairs are made as soon as possible when notified. NO refunds or rate adjustments whatsoever will be made for mechanical failures, appliances failures, discontinued or interrupted services that occur during a guest’s stay. We have contracted a professional pest control company to provide preventative maintenance for every property; We are not responsible for the intrusion of pests such as rodents, insects, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, or flies. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
- Internet service is not guaranteed. NO refunds or rate adjustments whatsoever will be made for mechanical failures, discontinued or interrupted services that occur during a guest’s stay, such as Wi-Fi, TV, or sound system issues.
- Please be kind. A/Cs will run at an optimal level if run no lower than 72 degrees. If lowered past this temperature, there is a high risk of freezing the motor and causing the whole system to stop functioning. The hottest part of the day is between 3 pm and 6 pm, and the home might feel warmer while the sun goes down. If an A/C is frozen and services need to be called, the service cost will be billed back to the party responsible.
- Entering a home before the our office has issued keys to the home is acceptance of the home in whatever state of clean it is in. The housekeeper is required to stop their clean and vacate the property to the guests since the guest is choosing to accept the property's condition and will begin their stay with the home as is, regardless of its state of cleanliness. This includes dropping off luggage, changing clothes, or using the restroom. Guests may schedule a clean during their stay for an additional fee.
- Property manager reserves the right to charge a fee starting at $500 to the credit card on file if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition after departure. Examples of unsatisfactory conditions are: evidence of smoking inside the property, missing household items, the need for any additional cleaning service, for intentional damage or destruction of property.
- Property management and its agents may enter the units for the purposes of making any necessary repairs and/or maintenance.
- Pets are allowed in pet-friendly units ONLY. Guests bringing a pet to these residences must pay an additional pet deposit and pet cleaning fee during the booking process. Please contact us prior to arrival for information on local kennels if a pet-friendly unit is not available.
- Evidence of smoking shall constitute additional fees for additional cleaning.
- Any items left in the home after departure will be considered discarded. We, when contacted by the guest, will attempt to find any item left behind but makes no guarantee that missing items can be found. We only keep left items up to 2 weeks.
- All drivers must be 16 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s License to operate golf carts; underaged, unlicensed, or uninsured operation of golf carts is strictly prohibited, even under adult supervision.
