45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

Things you need to know
Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet.
Please note that the photos may not be exactly accurate to the furnishings of this home, but the layout and amenities are similar and comparable.
Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
POOL & SPA: Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
This home includes NFL Sunday Ticket programming through the TV's YouTube subscriptions in each room for full sports streaming entertainment.

- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- This neighborhood has an ordinance requiring any noise or activity during the day under 50 DBA. It is also under a strict, zero tolerance no noise ordinance outside from 10pm to 8am.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
- Guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission.
- Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
- Without prior approval, fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited at the Property.
- All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins.
