KEY Curation Notes

All five bedrooms are true ensuites, a rare feature at this scale, spread across multiple levels for both privacy and togetherness. Two king suites and two queen suites each come with their own bath, plus a fireplace and walkout patio in both the primary and lower-level king rooms.

A fifth bedroom functions as a private guest suite, with its own kitchenette, living area, washer/dryer, patio, and separate entrance, flexible enough to serve as extended-family quarters or a dedicated game room.

The chef's kitchen is built for real entertaining, with double ovens, a wine fridge, and a prep sink alongside multiple living rooms, each with its own smart TV.

A private hot tub and built-in BBQ anchor the deck, with sweeping mountain views and multiple balconies throughout the home.

This sits on the free Vail shuttle line, not walking distance to the village. It's a flat, scenic route in on the shuttle, and no parties are allowed, with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and a minimum $250 smoking fine.

Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.

We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons; we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled, please let us know, and we'd be happy to reimburse you! If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet.

To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.
Guests must observe applicable quiet hours and comply with local noise ordinances to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
