Skip the traffic and parking headaches by taking advantage of the Mountaineer Door-to-Door Ski Shuttle, which brings you right to the slopes. Things you need to know
A Peloton bike and treadmill are available for guest use. Please note that you will need your own Peloton account and subscription to access classes. Operational condition of the bike and treadmill cannot be guaranteed.
The Palisades Subdivision is brand new. Neighboring parcels may be under construction. Some noise/nuisance is anticipated.
We provide a starting supply of paper towels and toilet paper, which is designed to get you from your arrival through your first grocery run. We recommend picking up a supply to get your through the rest of your stay.
Travel sized shampoo, body wash, and bar soap is provided. We still recommend bringing your own items if you prefer particular brands, or are joining us for an extended stay.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary guest must be an adult and stay for the entire reservation.
- Guests under 25 may be refused for stays under 30 nights.
- Maximum day time and night time occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
- $250 per extra guest per day; violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Guest is responsible for all occupants.
- Reservation may not be transferred or used for non-residential purposes.
Events & Noise
- Parties, events, weddings, or gatherings are prohibited.
- Noise complaints result in a $1,000 fee and may require immediate departure.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Not allowed without written approval.
- Smoking or vaping: Prohibited anywhere on property; penalty is 3× total rent and fees.
- Illegal activity, fireworks, tents, inflatables, RVs, and trailers are prohibited.
- Use of any outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- 4WD and snow tires may be required; no refunds for weather or travel disruptions.
- Air conditioning _(if equipped)_: Not guaranteed and not refundable.
- Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use-at-own-risk; no children under 12; refunds capped at $250.
- Internet, utilities, and HOA amenities are not guaranteed.
- Parking: Limited to garage/driveway only; no street parking; lost remotes/passes $50 each.
- Locked owner areas are off-limits.
Checkout & Care
- Late check-out fee is $150 per 30 minutes.
- Guests remaining past Noon on check-out day without consent are trespassing.
- Home must be left tidy; extra cleaning is $50/hour.
- Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers.
- Lost keys incur a $200+ re-key fee.

- Guests assume all risk related to hot tubs, snow, ice, decks, and roof hazards.
- No refunds for appliance, utility, internet, or amenity failures.
