0% Refund: Receive a 0% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 100% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Guest have access to the entire property.
We do offer pool heating for $90/day. Please send us a message at least 24h in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. The jacuzzi is included.
Our pool maintenance person comes every Thursday to service the pool. Our handyman comes every Wednesday night to take the trash bins out and brings them back inside Thursday afternoon. Our Gardener comes every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month to maintain the Garden.
Guest do not have access to the garage.
We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental. Please include upon check in.
Restrictions
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house.
- No music after 10pm.
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine.
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel.
- $200 per stained sheet or duvet cover.
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.
- Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- We have animals on the property- guests are allowed to get close to take pictures but are not allowed to touch or enter their fenced habitat. Some of the animal containment fences are electrified, please be careful to not touch them.
- Access to the outdoor amenities prohibited past 10pm.
- It is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 p.m.
