Neighborhood: Deer Valley - Situated in the heart of fabulous Deer Valley, just steps from the ski slopes, hiking trails, and lodges of Deer Valley and just minutes from the Main Street historic district, this home is the perfect base for all of your Park City adventures. - You are just a 4-minute walk to Snow Park Lodge and the ski lifts, so that you hit the slopes in no time. Hit the nearby hiking trails at the nearby Snowtop and Upper Village Trail, and head or stroll the tranquil Deer Valley Ponds loop - all just minutes from your front door. You can also explore Park City's historic districts, with Old Town and Main Street just a short, 10-minute bus ride away. There, you can discover multiple shops, restaurants, galleries, museums, local markets, and seasonal festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival.
Parking information
- The guest will have access to the parking for a single vehicle in the parking garage. - Please note that the garage has a clearance of 6'4", large/tall cars may not fit inside the garage.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The condo was compact but very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the living room was great for hanging out in. We didn't cook but the kitchen was clean and seemed well equipped. A cold front came through and the hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. The free bus with a stop right out front makes it very easy to get around if you don't want to mess with parking near main street. We would definitely stay here again!

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
This beautiful condo is a short 4-minute walk from Deer Valley Resort and is also on a FREE shuttle line that will take you directly to the nearest ski lifts at Deer Valley Resort. Find yourself on Deer Valley's world-class slopes, exploring its alpine lodges, or taking in a show at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in a matter of minutes. You are also a quick, 10-minute FREE bus ride from Park City's historic Main Street, with the Courchevel stop, on multiple routes, located just steps from the condo. Once there, hop on the iconic, FREE Main Street trolley, which makes for an easy and charming way to explore the historic district.
Uber/Lyft are also always available.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Only registered guests may stay; exceeding occupancy results in eviction without refund (infants under 2 excluded). Additional per-guest fees may apply if group size increases after booking.
- Guest is responsible for themselves, their party, and any visitors at all times. Children must be supervised, and an adult must be present when minors (under 16) use the property or amenities (if equipped).
- Unregistered individuals are not permitted to stay and remain the sole responsibility of the booking guest.
- No subletting or assignment of the rental is permitted.
Events & Noise
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Rowdy or disruptive conduct is not permitted; guests must behave responsibly and avoid causing damage.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $500 fee applies if violated.
- Pets: Not allowed; $500 fee and eviction if violated.
- Emotional Support Animals: Require prior approval; unauthorized ESAs incur a $500 fee and eviction.
Equipment & Amenities
- Appliances & Systems: Use all appliances and systems only for their intended purpose; guest is responsible for proper use and any resulting damage.
- Septic System: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Improper use (e.g., feminine products) resulting in damage will be charged.
- Linens & Towels: Must remain at the property unless used for shared amenities (if applicable); must be returned after use.
- Parking: Lost parking passes/permits may incur fees up to $400 per pass/permit.
Checkout & Care
- Guests must keep the property, furnishings, and contents in good condition throughout the stay.
- No daily housekeeping service is provided.

- Guests assume all risk for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring during their stay or use of amenities (if equipped).
- Not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten belongings, though efforts may be made to assist.
