This home fit two adults and 5 children very comfortably. The furniture and decor feels relaxed yet elegant. The house is filled with natural light and was cleaned to perfection before our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a number of meals together, and the island was large enough for us to sit as a family. The beds were cozy and the bathrooms accommodated everyone as they had plenty of counter and shelf space. Outside we enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the covered patio. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and there was plenty of parking for our cars and golf cart. This house is located at the end of a row of houses so it gives the feeling of having more outdoor space and better views. The house is well within walking distance to both the beach and the new Palmilla pool which our teenage girls loved. My family has visited Palmilla for years and this is hands down our favorite property!

  • There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
