Things you need to know
This one-of-a-kind property allows events such as corporate events/dinners, private dinners, holiday parties, and SXSW events. Please reach out with any questions.
Towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used by the Homeowner are provided. Shampoos, conditioner, bath soap, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Guest.
The property has fire alarms or smoke detectors installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of license.
Restrictions
- Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian).
- No smoking anywhere on premises. All smoking rules include e-cigarettes and vapor use.
- Food in the refrigerator is available for use by the Guest, however, alcohol, wine, freezer items, pantry items, are not for the use of the Guest unless specifically indicated.
- Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
- Guests are not permitted to access areas designated as "owner's closet" or other spaces marked as "private", even if unlocked. These areas contain the homeowner's belongings as well as cleaning supplies and potentially hazardous chemicals that could pose risks to both children and adults.
