The house was fantastic! We loved the floor plan as it was spacious enough for all of us. The outdoor area was fun and relaxing. Only suggestions, but definitely didn’t impact our trip-if you are a light sensitive when sleeping, bring a mask to drown out the morning sun and if you are cooking for the amount of ppl that are allowed to be there bring extra baking dishes there was only one 9X13 dish and couple of medium sized skillets. Our big blended family had its first ever family vacation with all of the kids and we had a fabulous time in this house. The pond across the way had a few fish and it was nice to watch the ducks. This house had so many fun amenities that we didn’t even get to take advantage of all of them! Loved Port A and this home, hope to make this a family tradition!

Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.
WiFi is not compatible for guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island.
Kitchen is fully equipped with basic essential needs.
Starter set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
This home is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.

We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
Restrictions
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Unauthorized people at the vacation rental at any time could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges.
- Towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not meant for outside use.
- If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.00. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
