Dolly Parton-themed throughout, with genuine character. The home is designed as a Dolly-inspired retreat — not a surface treatment, but a cohesive concept with themed décor, murals, and personality carried through the living spaces.
Two king bedrooms on the third floor, each with a private en-suite. The primary and second bedrooms both have king beds and attached bathrooms. The third bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds — coordinate room assignments for groups traveling with mixed sleep preferences.
The common sleeping area is a queen sleeper sofa on the second floor. To reach the listed max of 8, two people use the living room sofa bed. Worth knowing when planning for 7 or 8 people.
Open kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar. The second-floor kitchen is notably well-proportioned for the size of the home — stainless steel appliances, island seating, and a layout that connects directly to the living area.

  • Other Restrictions: Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Parking Rules: Vehicles may only park in designated and permitted areas. Parking in fire lanes, sidewalks, landscaped areas, neighboring properties, or other restricted locations is prohibited. Towing, citations, and related expenses are the vehicle owner's responsibility. Watercraft, trailers, campers, RVs, buses, and other oversized vehicles are prohibited unless expressly permitted.
  • HVAC Guidelines _(if equipped)_: Do not operate air conditioning with doors or windows open. Recommended thermostat settings are 70°F–75°F. Guests may be charged for service calls resulting from misuse.
  • Internet Service _(if equipped)_: Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience but is not guaranteed. Technical support may be limited.
  • Amenity Availability: Amenity access and availability may be controlled by community associations or resorts and may be temporarily unavailable.
  • Balcony Rules _(if equipped)_: Do not climb, jump, lean on railings, throw objects from balconies, hang items from railings, move indoor furniture outdoors, or place objects on railings.

  • If a verified issue makes the property uninhabitable at check-in and cannot be remedied, a full refund will be issued. If a verified issue arises during the stay and cannot be fully resolved, a prorated refund may be considered.
