We loved our stay at the Meiselman Pool House. It was truly epic on every level. Appreciated the check in process and how diligent the team is in ensuring easy access and being familiar with the house and neighborhood rules. The owners spared no expense from the large to the smallest details. Every item was color and style co-ordinated with so much love and care. From the comfortable furniture - bed and bed linen to the couch and cozy blankets. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and flicking through mid-century modern books and magazines. We cooked in a kitchen that had every utensil, gadget and quality pots and pan selection. The location is perfect! A 6 minute car ride into the town center. We appreciated the low noise rules too which made our stay even more relaxing. And kudos to the cleaners who made every item sparkle. We'll definitely be back. Staying at this house in this neighborhood will make you want to live in Palm Springs permanently!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Smart locks or lockboxes at many homes offer smooth, contactless check-in.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
