An in-person check-in at the on-site property manager's office in Downtown Palm Springs will be required before accessing the home.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Pool heat is available upon request prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night.
  • There is no garage access for guests.
  • Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. Unauthorized overnight guests at the vacation rental at any time could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges.
  • The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property.
  • Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges and so the cabin can be prepared appropriately for your group. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival.
  • No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
  • If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of a violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Within the City of Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs, there is ZERO tolerance for any outdoor music at any time, day or night.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any property. If there is any tobacco/marijuana smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
  • Do not put any feminine products or non-toilet paper items in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the kitchen drain.
  • Always lock doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. When you rent the vacation rental, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property.
