5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Premier bedding, plush pillows, a soft, oversized pool, and bath towels included.
Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Guest count may not exceed the listing limit. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.
- Primary booker must complete the guest registration form, submit a copy of ID, and sign the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking inside is strictly prohibited - $1,000 fee. Smoking outside requires all cigarette/cigar/tobacco waste to be removed. Tobacco residue on or around the property will result in an additional $1,000 fee.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool/Hot Tub Safety _(if equipped)_: Diving or jumping is prohibited due to risk of serious injury. No minor may swim unaccompanied by an adult.
- Hot Tub/Pool Malfunctions _(if equipped)_: Owner and vendors are not responsible for equipment malfunctions. Report issues immediately. No refunds for downtime.
- Property uses noise-aware monitoring and exterior security systems per city ordinance. Tampering may result in fees and eviction.
Checkout & Care
- Towels and linens may not be removed from the property.
- A housekeeping fee applies to all reservations _(varies by property size)_.
- Leave the home neat and orderly to avoid extra cleaning charges.
- Excessive garbage left outside city-provided cans will result in a $250 garbage removal fee.
- Optional Services: Daily turnover service is available for an additional cost.
