We had such a great time at the Ski Haus ! It was perfect for my family and extended family, multiple couples and children. Beau was a fantastic property manager and was very easy to work with! The only bad thing I could say is that it isn’t the easiest unit to find amongst the complex and there are a lot of stairs leading up to the unit. The Silver Star lift was closed during our stay, but we were able to easily get on the bus and/or walk to the main PCMR base. Highly recommend staying at the Ski Haus and we plan to come back in the future

Things you need to know
Main Floor (to access the condo, you will need to go up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)
Kitchen is equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances.
Firewood will be provided. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 for any wood burning fireplaces that are used during your stay.
Private hot tub temperatures are typically set between 100 and 102 degrees.
Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Cleaned with disinfectant.
Well-organized mudroom is configured with places to store your seasonal sports equipment. You will also find one of the 2 sets of full-size laundry appliances here.
Secluded king master suite on main floor features a gas wall mount fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and a small kitchenette.
1 of 4 full bathrooms is provided in the main floor great room area for convenience.
Second set of full-sized laundry appliances are conveniently tucked away in the utility closet on the second floor.
Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.
Restrictions
- No smoking is permitted in any Property rented from this management company.
- Occupancy beyond the specified limit for the Property (including children), may not be exceeded.
- Fireplaces are for use during cold weather only, and may not be used while the air conditioner is running.
- Children should not be in a hot tub for extended periods or without adult supervision.
- No glass or glass containers are permitted in or around hot tubs.
- Do not leave children unattended in or around water.
- Please respect locked closets, cabinets, and/or rooms. They are not included as part of your rental.
- Damages occurring during the occupancy, including lost keys, garage remotes and TV remote controls are the Renter’s responsibility and must be reported to the management company immediately.
- The management company is not responsible for articles lost, stolen or left behind in homes. Please double-check for personal items prior to your departure.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
