This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom vacation haven features expansive screened-in porches adorned with new furniture, inviting you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. The spacious living area, updated with fresh decor in December 2023, seamlessly blends elegance and comfort, providing an ideal space for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range, invites culinary adventures, making every meal a delightful experience. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure ultimate comfort and privacy. The primary suite boasts a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with an outdoor shower, perfect for a serene start to your day. Another king bedroom also features an en suite bathroom and new furnishings, while the third bedroom, equipped with queen bunk beds and trundles, can comfortably sleep ten. The fourth bedroom offers a cozy king bed and TV. With Smart TVs throughout and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, entertainment options are abundant. Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, a family favorite on 30A, provides beach access and a resort-style pool amidst a natural wooded setting, ensuring a memorable and rejuvenating vacation experience.

We had a fantastic trip! The pool was one of our favorites with our 18 month old toddler due to the shallow wading area. We were close to all the attractions- Rosemary, Seaside, etc. Great location, very clean place and plenty of room! We plan to book again for October 2022 and introduce 30A to friends and family.

Things you need to know
Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, and small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities: (like hotel but NOT restocked) trial-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
All bed and bath linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.
Please bring your own beach towels and do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.

Restrictions
- MAXIMUM OF 1 DOG ONLY
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
- Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
- Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
- Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
- KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
- There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
- WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
- The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
