This home is nestled in the heart of Canyons Resort, with easy access to the ski slopes at Canyons Resort and Canyons Village, with its myriad shopping and dining offerings. You can also explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to the 2002 Olympic Games, or make your way into Park City, less than 10 minutes drive away with its historic Main Street and Old Town districts, where you will find endless breweries, shops, galleries, and restaurants to explore.

- Two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit. - Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash pickup and snow plowing.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
40% Refund: Receive a 40% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Kitchen features high-end finishes, a waterfall island/bar where you can seat and serve three, a beautiful tile backsplash throughout, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with everything you need, the chef in your group will feel as though they’re on a movie set thanks to the luxurious feel of this space while its close proximity to the other shared spaces allows them to whip up a meal without missing out on the fun.
Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna.
A pool pass is required for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna.
Please bring towels from your unit.
Please note that The Clubhouse will close for the season starting on Monday, April 22nd and will re-open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer.
If you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Bed linens and towels provided.
Restrictions
- All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins.
- Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Our vacation rental properties may not be accessible to all types of vehicles. Guests are responsible for ensuring their mode of transportation can safely access the property. The rental company is not responsible if a guest's vehicle is unable to reach the home due to the property's terrain, driveway, or other access limitations. Guests should review all property details and communicate any concerns about vehicle access prior to booking.
- Please do note that we do not recommend shipping anything to the property as shipping in the mountains can be unreliable, we recommend shipping all packages to the local UPS or Fedex store and requesting it held for you there. However if you do decide to ship a package, please note we are not able to receive packages prior to your stay and we are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive. Also, USPS does not service Breckenridge and most of Summit County. Items shipped or mailed via USPS will not arrive.
