Polo Villa 4 adds a private pickleball court, while Polo Villa 9 features a putting green for leisurely afternoons. Modern conveniences include Sonos sound systems, complimentary EV charging, and premium entertainment options. With VIP concierge services and optional private chef experiences, pre-arrival refrigerator stocking, and mid-stay housekeeping, every detail is designed for a seamless and indulgent stay. Each villa is also available for individual booking, offering flexibility for gatherings of every size.

Full Refund: Receive a full refund (excluding credit card fees) when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
Partial Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 20 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet.
All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
Restrictions
- Guests & Occupancy
- The reservation holder must occupy the home throughout the stay.
- Occupancy limits include infants and children. The home accommodates two additional guests beyond the standard bed count, with two twin rollaway beds and linens stored in the primary bedroom closet.
- Exceeding occupancy limits or falsifying guest ages will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Events & Noise
- Weddings, parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Amplified music and excessive noise are prohibited at all times. Guests must observe applicable quiet hours.
- Prohibited Activities
- Pets are permitted with prior approval and applicable fees. Breed restrictions apply. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet. Small pets must be supervised outdoors due to gaps in the backyard gates.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Violations may result in charges up to $2,500 and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Equipment & Amenities
- An iron pool fence with a gate may be requested at least one week in advance, subject to vendor availability. Estimated cost is $850, depending on pool size and installation logistics.
- Pool sun loungers do not include cushions, and cushions cannot be provided.
- Grass areas are unavailable through the end of October for seasonal reseeding.
- Checkout & Care
- Furniture and household items must remain in their original locations. Any rearranged items must be returned before departure. Unauthorized movement may incur a reset fee.
- Trash is collected on Tuesdays.
- Liability & Disclaimers
- Furnishings may differ from listing photos, but the layout and amenities remain similar and comparable.
- Extreme summer heat may naturally increase pool temperatures beyond controllable levels.
- Insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Keep doors and windows closed when possible to prevent wildlife from entering.
- During Coachella and other festivals, road closures may extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. Golf cart transportation is recommended.
