We loved the location of the casita! Everything was very clean, and the house was well stocked with just about anything you would need! The only thing I would “complain” about is that the dryer of the stackable washer and dryer was up pretty high, so it was difficult for me to reach the clothes in the dryer even with the little stool they provided (I’m 5’3”). The beds were very comfortable and the house cooled down nicely. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch and the convenience of the beautiful amenities at Palmilla! We would absolutely stay here again!

Things you need to know
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs.
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Restrictions
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
