45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know

Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
  • The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
  • Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
  • This neighborhood has an ordinance requiring any noise or activity during the day under 50 DBA. It is also under a strict, zero tolerance no noise ordinance outside from 10pm to 8am.
  • This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
  • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Without prior approval, fireworks of any type are strictly prohibited at the Property.
  • All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins.
