- For most groups, having a vehicle is helpful because Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, and the communities along 30A cover a large area. Traffic can be heavier during summer, spring break, holidays, special events, and peak Saturday arrival and departure periods; allowing extra travel time is recommended. - Two of the most convenient airports for the Destin area are: - Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is often the closest airport for guests staying in Destin and Miramar Beach. - Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), another popular option for guests visiting the Emerald Coast. - Drive times vary depending on traffic and your property’s location.

Guests & Occupancy
- The primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property every night. No exceptions.
- The property's stated maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
- The primary Guest is responsible for ensuring all Guests comply with property rules and the rental agreement.
Events & Noise
- Events: Weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings require prior written approval and may be prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are generally 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, subject to additional community restrictions.
- Decorations: Non-damaging decorations may be permitted. Prior approval is required for confetti, glitter, adhesives, nails, screws, staples, large signs, and outdoor installations.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are permitted only at designated pet-friendly properties, generally limited to two dogs, with a $200 fee plus applicable taxes per pet. Other animals require prior approval. Beach restrictions may apply. Guests traveling with service animals should contact the booking team for assistance.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoor spaces, balconies, yards, and driveways.

- Pool & Spa Heating _(if equipped)_: Heating may be available for an additional fee, subject to property-specific rates and availability. Pool temperatures may be affected by weather, and some spas require a separate heating mode.
- Golf Carts _(if equipped)_: Drivers under 18 must hold a valid learner's permit or driver's license; drivers 18 or older must carry valid government-issued photo identification. Use is restricted to authorized roads and subject to traffic, parking, community, and rental-provider rules. Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) require proper registration, insurance, and licensed drivers.
- Parking: Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, and oversized vehicles may be restricted and require prior confirmation. Entry, parking, unloading, and deliveries before the property is confirmed ready are prohibited without prior approval.
