The pleasure starts with the blissfully short drive from the airport. (Despite the proximity, though, you won`t notice any noise.) The house is an unusual design that looks really cool from the street, with impeccable landscaping front and back. Inside, past the unique front door, everything is near-perfect. All of the wall decorations are spot-on, period-appropriate. The furniture is all either mint-condition vintage or gorgeous new Modern style--you`ll be hard-pressed to tell which is which. The kitchen is brand-new, with retro-style counters and cabinets surrounding the new appliances we all want to see in a rental home. My favorite part of the home, though, is the spacious, private back yard, with a large pool, a wonderful hot tub, and several discrete conversation/drinking areas. I loved spending time there with my friends. Overall, this place is clean, quiet, very comfortable, and a tremendous value. Highly recommended!

Things you need to know

Well stock with linens (sheets and towels) and supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. For your convenience, iron is also included. To reduce contact, extra supplies are not delivered during your stay.

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, and stove.

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • There should be no more than three cars, per city restrictions.
  • You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
