This is the perfect place to enjoy the heart of Cabo! You are within walking distance of everything—beaches, beach clubs, elevated dining, authentic dining, the marina, live music, drinks, shopping, people watching—you name it! If you fish, you can’t beat the proximity to the marina, which makes those early mornings and long days so much easier. We loved the outdoor space and the condo is larger than you’d expect. They recently added a grocery store downstairs that has anything you’d need at reasonable prices. Communication with staff was great both in preparing for the trip and in planning some activities (they’ll even assist with reservations). If you are fortunate enough to find this place available available—book it!

5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.

Complimentary mid-stay housekeeping for stays of +5 nights.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
- Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina.
- If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security and give you access to the parking.
- Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
