I can't say enough good things about this home - the moment you enter, it's truly like a luxurious retreat. The quality and décor are top notch and the home is so clean. The homeowner / property manager has you covered on everything. Right before check in, I received a call from the property manager willing to meet us at the home to make sure we had everything we needed - you just don't get this kind of service most places. We enjoyed zipping around the area in the golf cart as well. Book this home- you won't regret it.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Guests have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
Guests are welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
Starter packs are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Please plan accordingly, purchase additional items at any local store depending on length of stay.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- A minimum stay of seven nights is required from mid-May to mid-August.
- For additional parking, please use only designated parking spots in the community. Please do not block streets or sidewalks.
- No smoking or vaping in the house, balconies, yard, driveway, or anywhere on property.
- No pets are allowed due to our homes being hypoallergenic.
