Parking information
There is one parking space available in the driveway.Vehicles must park strictly within designated spots assigned to the property (such as the garage or private driveway space). Guests are highly encouraged to use the garage for overnight parking. Street parking must strictly avoid blocking snow removal operations, shared driveways, or pedestrian pathways.

This home is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
AC is only available in the living room and the main bedroom.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age: All group members must be over 21 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Occupancy: Maximum guest count is set per home and strictly enforced.
Events & Noise
- Events: House parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized commercial events are prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Not permitted unless the home is designated pet-friendly. Requires prior written authorization, with a $150 fee plus $50/night per dog (non-refundable).
- Smoking: All rentals are 100% smoke-free indoors.
- Package Delivery: Shipping personal packages or ski gear to the property is prohibited. Packages must go through the local InvitedHome office for a $25–$50 handling fee per package.
Equipment & Amenities
- Parking: Vehicle count is capped per property, typically 2 maximum.
- Access: Smart lock codes are texted on arrival day after 4:00 PM, provided a valid credit card is on file.
Checkout & Care
- Cleaning: Stays longer than 8 days include an automated mid-stay refresh. Stays of 30+ nights include additional scheduled cleanings, charged to the guest.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Security Deposit: A $2,800–$3,500 credit card preauthorization is required at check-in.
- Liability Waiver: Reservations are confirmed only after e-signing the Terms & Conditions and Release of Liability Waiver.
- Weather & External Factors: No refunds or credits for issues outside InvitedHome’s control, including weather, snow conditions, or airport closures.
