The location of 28 Weaver is great, lots of parking behind the house but I wish we had not rented such a large vehicle. The streets in Newport are narrow and tight, so would not rent an XL SUV!! Nice mattresses and pillows. We did have a few issues that came up and management was extremely responsive but feel that the owners need to put more thought into items renters need, like hangers in closets, beach towels (there were two skimpy ones for a house that will accommodate 16 people), trash bags, hair dryers, batteries in the remotes (some AC units didn’t work for this reason), there was a fan in first floor bedroom that only ran when the light was on. Having a space with six bedrooms for a family was awesome though and the location was perfect. The ball field adjacent to the house did make it noisy at times and the living/hang out space is tiny. Only 4-5 people could sit in the living area. But with all there is to do in Newport, it was fine. Management staff was top notch!
