The two car garage is very small and tight. It can only fit two small cars and even then it will be tight fit. Compact cars only, larger cars will have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood streets.

Our family loved this beach house. The location was perfect and the house was updated and comfortable. Had all supplies we needed and even had a few boogie boards and beach chairs and sand toys in the garage. Hope to stay here again.

Things you need to know

The home is supplied with a limited stock of paper goods and soaps to get most families through at least the first few days of their vacation. This initial supply will not be replenished or restocked during your stay, but should include most or all of the following: Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes, liquid hand soap, body wash for the showers, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

You will be supplied with a full set of sheets & towels.

You will be supplied with cooking supplies, dishes, and dishware.

Hair dryer, iron, board, extra pillows and blankets will be provided.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Guests are responsible for any damages, lost items, or charges incurred during the stay, including cable or pay-per-view purchases.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Please close outdoor umbrellas after each use to prevent tipping or breakage. Damage resulting from failure to do so may be charged to the guest.
  • Guests must observe all posted street signs, including street sweeping schedules.

Checkout & Care

  • A $50 per hour fee applies to early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated during peak season (May–September).
  • Place all used sheets and towels by the front door before departure. Do not remove zippered pillow covers, mattress pads, or pillow shams, as these are inspected separately.
  • Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to departure.
  • Lock the door and return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
