Love this listing! Whenever we had a question or issue come up, the host was very responsive and fair. Would definitely recommend staying here with a group cause they have a private bathroom for each room, a rarity. And very close to downtown Palm Springs, which has lots of cute shops and restaurants to check out.

Hot water heaters are instant and may take a minute of running the hot water to get the hot water to the faucet.
Property faces a busy road so you can hear road noise especially from the master bedroom but it usually dies down around 10pm.
Neighbor behind us has one dog that barks from time to time.
We are in the flight pattern like most homes in Palm Springs and planes can be loud.
The pool area only gets a few hours of sun.
Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally.
Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- One one vehicle per bedrooms is allowed at any given time. Utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And please don't block any driveway or street access.
- Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
- No commercial photography.
- This is not a party house.
- The occupancy limits are as follows: overnight, the limit is 10, and during the daytime, it is 14.
- The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
