In winter or summer, there’s no need for a car, but there’s an attached garage and driveway space if you decide to drive.

We chose Deer Valley/Park City for our annual family ski trip and it was perfect. The townhouse was in a great location, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We jumped on the local shuttle out front and were able to ski both PC and DV. Our final day was a 1 hour drive to Alta for a bucket list trip.

- A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- The properties are all non-smoking properties. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit to guests who violate this policy.
