Located moments from Silver Lake Village and a short drive from Historic Main Street, this home places dining, entertainment, and ski access within effortless reach. Completely remodeled in 2021, this 2,500 square foot townhome unfolds across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. Nestled within an intimate residential enclave, it offers a rare blend of serenity and proximity, where classic mountain beauty meets a newly elevated interior. The great room sits at the heart of the home framed by soaring wood-vaulted ceilings and stone fireplaces, inviting guests to gather in comfort after days spent skiing Deer Valley or exploring summer trails. The open layout moves effortlessly from living to dining to kitchen, creating a fluid space for preparing meals, playing games, and unwinding beside flickering firelight. Bedrooms are positioned to offer both privacy and ease, with serene mountain views and plush furnishings that balance rustic charm with modern refinement. From the front door, the outdoors becomes an extension of your stay. Guests can step directly into beautifully maintained lodge grounds, complete with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an exercise room, and a clubhouse with billiards and workspace ideal for balancing vacation with remote commitments. Two dedicated spaces in the underground garage provide seamless arrival and departure, while the surrounding mountains promise year-round adventure.

We rented this space with family and friends and truly enjoyed our time. The property was set up for our arrival with lights and relaxing music playing softly. The convenience of the lockers for all of our ski equipment was a huge plus and we were able to enjoy the sauna, hot tub, gym and pool table. There is a shuttle stop at the entrance to the property as an option if you don't was to drive or Uber. Would love to go back!!

75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 25% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
High-quality bed linens & towels are provided.
Shuttle available in winter. The stop is located just outside of the complex.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and sink in the home.
A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent is provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests.
An iron & iron board, hairdryer, and hangers are provided.
Some optional amenities or concierge needs including personal concierge, house cleaning, luggage shipping, personalized excursions, childcare items for rent, laundry service/dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and babysitter recommendations are available upon request for a charge.
Restrictions
- Some on-site amenities may be seasonal and are not managed by us. Please inquire for dates & hours of operations.
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of the year.
- No additional persons are allowed to stay in the Property than confirmed on the reservation. Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
- We are not liable for damage or loss by theft, accident, or otherwise to articles or merchandise prior to, during, or after the stay.
- Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
- We do not allow pets of any kind in our units, with the exception of seeing eye dogs and other such animals to assist the physically challenged. A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. These outages include but are not limited to internet, cable, electricity, water, etc.
- Guest acknowledges there may be construction on or near the Property. We shall not reimburse Guests for noise or disturbances from construction.
- Firearms or other types of weapons are not permitted in or around the Property.
