This stylish two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and blends modern luxury with laid-back charm. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, dedicated workspace, 60-inch TV, and stunning harbor views, while the guest room offers two queen-size bunk beds perfect for families or groups. A fully stocked kitchen with black stainless Samsung gas appliances, a large air fryer, and a crockpot makes dining at home both convenient and enjoyable, while the inviting living spaces showcase plush reclining seating, multiple entertainment areas, electric fireplaces, and oversized TVs throughout. Outside, the experience continues with a private patio designed for gathering and relaxation. An outdoor bar, dining area, gas grill, electric smoker, and outdoor shower create the perfect setting for afternoons by the water and evenings under the coastal sky. A small private beach area leads directly to the harbor, where boats can be parked for easy days on the water. Just steps away, the Destin Water Taxi offers a scenic ride to HarborWalk Village, home to waterfront dining, entertainment, and the iconic AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar. KEY Curation Notes

Boat parking at the water's edge. A sandy beach area accommodates boats up to 30 ft. The Destin Water Taxi picks up from the property for a direct connection to HarborWalk Village.
Two connected living areas, both substantial. The main room has a fully reclining leather sectional, 70" TV, and electric fireplace. A second space opens off it with a 60" TV, additional seating, and its own electric fireplace, leading out to the patio.
The patio is a full outdoor room. Outdoor bar, dining area, gas grill, electric smoker, and outdoor shower are all included.
Primary bedroom has direct harbor views. King bed, dedicated workspace, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size bunk beds.
Kitchen is stocked for real cooking. Gas appliances, large air fryer, and crock pot are on hand. Grocery staples are limited. KEY.co can arrange delivery ahead of your arrival.
Situated on the Destin Harbor in Holiday Isle. Card key access is included to two private HOA beaches, with O'Steen public beach access a short walk away and the Gulf beach 8 minutes on foot.

Things you need to know

The property is stocked with bedding and kitchen essentials such as dishware and utensils.

An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags is provided on your arrival for your first 24 hours, but you will want to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay.

Napkins, condiments, cooking spices, and coffee filters are other things you may want to purchase while at the store.  Other items you might want to consider bringing, or renting from a local company, include cribs, pack-n-plays, highchairs, and any other items required by the youngest travelers in your group.

Bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not, so be sure to bring yours from home.

Please bring your own propane, charcoal, wood, and grilling utensils for the community grill and firepit during your stay.

There is a small beach area that leads to the harbor, where you can park a boat. You can also get picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to take a boat ride over to Harborwalk Village, which includes the World Famous AJs Seafood and Oyster Bar! Standard boat size 30 ft max. Please inform us what size boat you are bringing.

Card key access to 2 Holiday Isle HOA private beaches and a nearby public beach access at O’Steen Beach.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Properties are rented to families only. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying in the property for the entire reservation. False-pretense reservations are void and may result in eviction without refund.
  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of all occupants, invitees, and visitors, and for complying with all property and HOA rules.
  • Vacation lodging use only. Reservations are non-transferable and may not be sublet.

Events & Noise

  • Weddings, parties, and special events are prohibited at most properties.
  • Certain events may require HOA approval, permits, and additional fees. Guests are responsible for obtaining all required approvals and ensuring compliance.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly properties, with applicable fees. Unauthorized pets incur a minimum $250 fee plus any damage or cleaning costs. ADA-qualified service animals are permitted. Emotional support and comfort animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all properties. Violations may result in additional fees and eviction.
  • Reservations obtained under false pretenses or involving unauthorized occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Pools & Hot Tubs (if equipped): Use of pools and Jacuzzis is at the guest’s own risk. Diving or jumping may result in serious injury. Minors must be supervised at all times.
  • Internet/Utilities: Internet access is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. No refunds are provided for outages or interruptions involving internet, utilities, appliances, HVAC, cable, or other systems.
  • Grills & Firepits (if equipped): Grills and firepits are provided as a courtesy and used at the guest’s own risk. Guests are responsible for fuel, utensils, and proper operation. HOA restrictions may apply.
  • Guests must promptly report maintenance issues. Management and vendors may enter the property to address maintenance or housekeeping concerns.
  • HOA/community rules may restrict parking, garbage disposal, trailers, RVs, and items hanging from balconies. Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from violations.

Checkout & Care

  • Guests must leave the property in neat condition, wash dishes, and remove trash. Excessive cleaning or abuse of the property will result in additional charges.
  • Check-in begins between 4:00 PM–6:00 PM local time. Checkout is no later than 10:00 AM local time. Late departures may incur additional fees.
  • Umbrellas, chairs, and toys must be removed from the beach daily before sunset. Items left overnight may be removed by Code Enforcement and may not be recoverable.
  • Lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards incur a $50 replacement fee per item.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Property Damage: A valid credit card must remain on file for damages or violations. The non-refundable damage protection fee covers up to $2,000 in accidental damage if reported before checkout. Intentional damage, missing items, and damages exceeding coverage limits will be charged to the guest.
  • Injuries & Personal Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with use of the property and amenities. Management is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
  • System Failures: No refunds or compensation are provided for maintenance issues, delayed check-ins, utility interruptions, appliance failures, or unavailable amenities.
  • Weather & Natural Disasters: No refunds are provided for hurricanes, tropical storms, mandatory evacuations, pandemics, or technological/man-made disasters unless covered by purchased travel insurance.
  • Construction: No refunds or compensation are provided for nearby construction, HOA-required repairs, or related inconveniences.
  • Property Changes: Rates, taxes, amenities, and property assignments are subject to change without notice. If a reserved property becomes unavailable, guests may be relocated to comparable accommodations or offered a full refund.
  • Property Condition & Décor: Properties are privately owned, and management cannot guarantee aesthetic preferences or décor choices.
