95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Please note that active commercial and residential construction is currently underway in the city of Destin.
A bonus room with two bunk beds is located in the non-private lower level hallway.
The bathroom is equipped with travel-sized toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as towels for your convenience.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a BBQ, basic cooking essentials, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, bakeware, cookware, pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, dinnerware including bowls, plates, and mugs, an oven, a freezer, a fridge, glassware, ground coffee and tea, kitchen cleaning supplies, serveware, silverware (forks, spoons, and knives), a stove, and a water filter.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
- All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
- We do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property.
- Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
- Guest and registered guests will not use the property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
- Guest will not make any alterations in or about the property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
- To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
