The home is located in the town of Soda Springs with HWY 80 nearby, providing easy access to the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a place to stay for a skiing trip, you can’t beat this home. There are multiple ski resorts for just a short drive away! For a family-friendly option, head over to Donner Ranch Resort or Soda Springs Mountain Resort. Want to get in some advanced terrain? Sugar Bowl Resort, less than 4 miles away, is perfect for you! Or, enjoy some night skiing at the only resort to offer night skiing in Tahoe - Boreal Mountain Resort. In the summertime, enjoy hiking on one of the many trails such as Summit Castle Peak or Andesite Peak, and cool off with a swim at Donner Lake Marina or Long Lake. - There is 1 space in the garage and 2 spaces on the driveway. - For the safety of our guests and our home, we kindly ask that you do not charge electric vehicles at this property. The home is not equipped to support the wattage required for EV charging, and attempting to do so poses a serious fire hazard. If you're traveling with an electric vehicle, we recommend using nearby public charging stations. You can find locations using apps like PlugShare, ChargePoint, or Tesla’s Supercharger map. - If applicable, Guest may be responsible for the loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
40% Refund: Receive a 40% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property, such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.
Guests will have access to the entire home.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that the grill and pizza oven are not available in winter.
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside the Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
- People other than those included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Excessive noise inside quiet hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund.
- Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities.
- The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party.
- Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
- Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
- Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family, and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times.
- If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted.
- At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of the outdoor facilities such as the Hot Tub.
- Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation.
- No rowdy behavior is permitted.
- No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted.
- Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase.
- Guest agrees to follow all local, state, and federal level mandates, restrictions, or public health orders.
