This is our second year to rent the property. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Easily accommodates six adults and four grandchildren. More importantly, the service from management is exceptional. Quick response with any questions and if we couldn't figure it out over the phone they send someone out immediately.

Things you need to know

Self check-in

Private pool heating fee: $175/day; 3 days minimum. In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

Please note our properties DO NOT have access to the Kiawah Island Resort Pools or Fitness Center.

Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Tennis & Pickleball Access: Pay to play at West Beach Tennis Court & Roy Barth Tennis Center

Golf Access: 5 Public Golf Courses - Ocean Course, Turtle Point, Osprey Point, Cougar Point, Oak Point

Other activities on Kiawah Island include golfing on world-class courses, playing tennis or pickleball at the community courts, exploring the island by kayak, spotting dolphins along the waterways, crabbing and fishing, strolling the pristine beaches, searching for shells and other coastal treasures, or simply relaxing and soaking in the laid-back island lifestyle.

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

  • Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces

Equipment & Amenities

  • Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
  • Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
  • Elevator: Not available, remains locked
  • Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
  • Report equipment issues immediately
  • Locked areas reserved for owner storage
