25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

The home is stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

- To enter the rental destination country, you must have a valid Passport. This applies to children, toddlers, and infants. Consult with your country’s Embassy prior to travel to ensure you will not be denied entry into your destination country. KEY or the owner is not liable for any issues regarding denied entry and subsequent inability to utilize the unit.
- The Guest hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of the property owner and The Guest, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
- Premises shall be used only for residential purposes and for no other purpose whatsoever.
- A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
