Located in Downtown Winter Park in the newly constructed Timber Fox community, guests will fall in love with its luxury amenities and ease of access to downtown. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic breweries, mountain restaurants, fantastic shopping, music & entertainment, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area just kiddy corner across the street. Winter Park Resort is only 6 minutes away and the FREE local "Lift" bus system will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street (off-site) at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.
Parking information
- Garage Code (If Applicable): 63278# (If your unit has a private garage please leave the garage door closed when not in direct use to avoid frozen pipes) - Park in DESIGNATED SPACE # 15. Parking garage will only accommodate a small compact car. Overflow parking for full size cars, SUV's, and trucks can be found outside in the community area, on a first come, first serve basis. Max garage height is 7'3" - Includes an underground heated parking garage for 1 vehicle reserved with additional parking outside on a first come first serve basis. - Bike storage can be found on the 1st level in the garage. - The parking spaces in the garages are assigned to individual units. No parking is permitted in another unit’s parking space at any time. Additional parking is available in the designated shared parking areas within the community. Parking in the shared parking spaces is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The following vehicles may not be parked within the community, except for emergencies, but not more than 72 hours: Boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, and recreational vehicles of any type.

Things you need to know
Kitchen with state of the art appliances, gas range stove, microwave, coffee and tea options, custom white quartz countertops, large island with bar seating for 5, and dining table with seating for 6.
There is a trash chute on every floor to keep things clean.
A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided. Please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate.
Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay.
Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless previously arranged.
Linens, bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.
Extra sheets and towels are available if you are staying a week or longer, otherwise one set per guest are provided.
We will attempt to have the driveway clear of snow before your arrival. A shovel is provided should you need it during your stay. Please be cautious when there are icy conditions. During the winter months, it may be required to carry chains or have traction tires. 4 wheel drive is recommended.
Bike storage can be found on the 1st level in the garage.
Restrictions
- Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. Unauthorized people at the rental at any time will result in a double charge for each additional guest or a maximum occupancy charge (whichever is more), in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges.
- If there are concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact our office (leave a message if there is no answer). No refunds or considerations are given unless were notified of problems during your stay, so prior guests can be held responsible.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed, including a fine of up to $500 charged to the credit card on file.
- A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with all reservations. This fee is for our housekeepers who dust, vacuum, sanitize, clean linens and towels, maintain the hot tub and remove refuse from the property.
- Guest(s) are required to follow all check out procedures detailed in this agreement and leave the property in the same general and good habitable condition it was in when the Guest(s) arrived. Undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the rental shall be charged to the Guest's/Cardholder's credit card as an Additional Cleaning Charge at a rate of up to $50/hour, with a one hour minimum: Place soiled towels in the bathtub, all dirty dishes, cookware and eating utensils should be run in the dishwasher, floors should be in generally good condition and ready to be vacuumed by our housekeepers, all household trash, garbage, recycling and/or other discarded items should be properly bagged up so as to avoid spillage/leakage, refrigerator should be free of food, hot tub covers must be closed and secure on the tub after use to avoid additional maintenance fees.
- Glitter/confetti are not allowed. Non compliance will impose an extra $250 cleaning fee.
- Do not take the rental's linens or towels outside.
- Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. The toilets are water-saving models and don't have a strong flush - limiting the amount of toilet paper used will help prevent a clog. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
- All problems, including inadequate cleaning, missing items or damage, must be reported to Manager within 12 hours of check in for prior guest to be held responsible. Manager reserves the right to enter premises at any time for the purpose of effecting necessary inspections, repairs or maintenance. Major malfunctions not caused by guests will be refunded at a rate of $25 per issue per day until repaired.
- The Property may not be used for any activity in violation of local, state or federal laws.
- Please check carefully for belongings before you leave. Left items can be mailed to you if requested and you will be charged shipping costs plus a $10 service fee. Property manager is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items can only be taken to the local shipping company on Monday's which may cause delays in getting your items back.
