- Garage parking available. - Vehicles are not to be parked on subdivision streets or in any areas other than the driveway for the designated home. Any vehicles parked outside these designated areas will be towed at guest’s expense.

Overall, I would give this place high marks. The location is great. You are a 5 walk to the lifts at the Silver Lake Lodge, and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop where you can get a free 10 minute ride into Park City. The condo itself was remodeled fairly recently with nice finishes and appliances. It has ample space in the condo and a beautiful view of the mountain. It also has a gas assisted, wood burning fireplace and a hot tub that is easily accessed through the lower level of the 3 story unit. The service was quite good as well. They were very responsive via their customer service text line leading up to and during our stay, and there was a host that met us at the unit when we arrived and walked us through everything. Overall, it's a great place and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
