Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year
- The City of Palm Springs has very strict regulations about noise therefore no outdoor music is allowed and, if violated, a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. If dog hair is found in the pool filter, a fine of $1,500 will be charged
- Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine
- The City of Palm Springs requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in
- The City of Palm Springs requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age
- Fines will range from $150 to $10,000 for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, or violations of any kind to the house rules or signed agreement based on the severity of the violation
- The property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that the neighborhood noise levels are respected and comply with the current noise ordinance in the Coachella Valley
- There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool or the interior of the house.
