Hands down this was the best cabin we have stayed at over the course of 20 years of holidays to Truckee. The property was spotless, spacious and perfect during our stay. The kitchen has top notch appliances which we certainly appreciated since we do a lot of cooking at home. Another bonus is the location, it is close enough to Truckee but Old Greenwood feels like a small mountain resort with plenty of space between the cabins. So glad we found this place, we had the best ski week ever!

Things you need to know
Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood are available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night and includes up to 12 registered people. Please note that there will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

DISCLOSURES:
The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home does NOT have air conditioning.
- There shall not be additional occupants on the Property without prior written approval.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- Absolutely NO events are to be held at the Property.
- Absolutely NO pets are allowed inside the Property. If evidence of a pet is found at the Property, Guest will be charged a $500 fee and could be subject to immediate eviction from the Property.
- Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the Property. If evidence of smoking is found at the Property, Guest will be charged a $500 fee and could be subject to immediate eviction from the Property.
- Guest shall abide by local short-term rental ordinance standards, including nighttime quiet hours. Guest shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with neighbors, nor use the Property for any unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance upon or about the Property.
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- If Guest leaves any personal property at the Property, it will be returned as soon as reasonably possible to the address listed on this Agreement. There will be a $50.00 handling fee in addition to any fee charged to pack and send the items C.O.D.
- Guests are not permitted to access the residence or garage prior to checking in. Please plan your travel and grocery shopping accordingly.
- Internet speeds are not guaranteed and can be slower here in the mountains, especially during peak seasons when there are a lot of people in town.
