- Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

We had such a good time with our family. 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy access to pool & beach along with a great view. Kitchen was well stocked which was wonderful as we did cook some. Great ice cream place down the road “Candy Kitchen ”. Many good restaurants as well. We will be back!

Things you need to know
This complex will be undergoing roofing work beginning December 12, 2023, and it is slated to last three to four weeks (until around January 12, 2024). During this time, construction noise may be audible and the elevators may be slower.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
