For additional sleeping arrangements, two futon couches are available, each accommodating two guests comfortably. The master bedroom offers a lavish retreat with a king-sized bed, featuring premium cotton sheets and a luxurious duvet. The second bedroom features two single beds, while the third bedroom offers two bunk beds—one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed. You'll have the convenience of three full-sized bathrooms, each equipped with fresh towels. The condo also includes a top-of-the-line kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware and laundry appliances, including a washer and dryer with provided detergent. Please note that the rooms advertised as "King bed" consist of two twin beds placed together to form a king-sized bed by default. If you prefer them to be separated, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance. Additionally, the property offers a shared terrace with a hot tub, which can be made available upon request and approval. However, please be aware that extreme weather conditions may lead to the hot tub's closure, as certain restrictions apply. - Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, and any unauthorized pets found will result in immediate eviction without a refund, as it violates the agreement and forfeits the right to any collected payments.
- There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request.
- No parties: This property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, photoshoots, music videos, or large gatherings.
- Management and its representatives have the authority to enter the premises at any time for repairs, maintenance, services, compliance verification, investigation, occupancy checks, or emergencies.
- Please refrain from parking on the street to avoid receiving a parking ticket or having your vehicle towed.
