Sleep soundly in the master bedroom's king-sized bed (configurable as two singles), while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our vacation home provides added convenience with laundry appliances and complimentary laundry detergent. Step outside to the private rooftop terraces, each boasting its unique features. Relax in the eight-seater hot tub on one terrace or gather in the five-seater hot tub on the other. Both terraces offer patio sets and a BBQ for delightful outdoor experiences during the appropriate season. Please note that one of the bedrooms in one of the penthouses is open, providing easy access to another bedroom.

Parking information
- Do not park in the street. Your car will get a ticket and/or be towed. - Many homes are in HOAs that do not allow parking on the street even during the summer. - During winter, snow removal from the driveway is provided automatically. But during severe storms, please be patient with the drivers as they are doing all they can to keep up with the accumulation. Be sure you know the laws in regard to winter parking.

Things you need to know
Rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to two twin beds together which we prepare as a king. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you wish to have them separated.
Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bars, and face bars.
There’s no elevator at the property, depending on your arrival time we will do our best to offer help bringing luggage to your room.
Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub will stay warm.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, damage to the common area of the property, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ contents or any other accidental damage to anything within the property during the rental period.
- The sleeping capacity for this property is limited to the number of guests on the reservation. Extra guests and visitors are not allowed without express written permission in advance.
- We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
- If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the Premises, the Guest will be asked to leave without refund as the Guest will be in breach of this Agreement, and the Guest forfeits its right to return any monies collected.
- If smoking does occur on the Premises, (i) the Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris, any loss of revenue due to the closure of condo; (ii) Guests may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises; (iii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement; (IV) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for a return. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. Any items not claimed may be donated or sold.
- You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using FedEx or UPS while you are in the home, however, we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange. **We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. Returning late deliveries after a guest has left will incur an additional fee, plus the cost of shipping.
- About cable/internet/satellite service, no refund shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences about service.
- When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use it at your own risk. Our housekeepers clean, sanitize, and replenish chemicals in all tubs before your arrival and during your stay; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening.
- Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break, and you will be charged for replacement.
