We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close to downtown and the airport (but not noisy from aircrafts). The pool and spa and perfect (do spend the additional money to have them heated). The house is well set-up for families with an open floor-plan and multiple spaces to play/watch TV. We would rent Serenity at Sunmor again.

There is a surveillance camera on the side yard facing the shed and the wall to the front of the home.

Restrictions

  • Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
  • The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
