Neighborhood: Nashville - With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, "Nashvegas" is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you're more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

- Parking is available for two vehicles. - Guest will not exceed the stated number of maximum vehicles in the reservation. - We make efforts to make Guests aware of local parking restrictions; please refer to your House Manual for more information. - You are solely responsible for adhering to local street parking restrictions, including HOA rules, and any penalties associated with violating said restrictions.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Do not exceed the number of registered guests listed on the reservation without prior approval; additional fees and eviction may apply.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property; fees may apply for unapproved occupants.
- Property may not be used for unlawful purposes or commercial activity (including professional filming/photography) without prior written permission.
Events & Noise
- Parties, events, and commercial activities are not permitted without prior written approval.
- Outdoor music and noise must remain under sixty dBA at all times and is not allowed after 9PM; local quiet hours may vary.
- Please be considerate of neighbors; repeated noise complaints may result in fines.
- Speakers or sound systems are not provided.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; violation results in a $500 fee plus damage costs.
- Illegal substances: Use, manufacture, sale, or storage of illicit drugs or contraband is prohibited.
- Weapons: Firearms and dangerous weapons are not allowed on the property.
- Fireworks: Not permitted under any circumstances without prior approval.
- Other restrictions: Trespassing on neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Alterations to the property, including moving furniture or hanging items, are not allowed.
Equipment & Amenities
- Property care: Guests must properly use and safeguard furniture, appliances, landscaping, and systems; damages or blockages caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
- Mail delivery: Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property; management is not responsible for lost or unretrieved items.
- Access limits: Guests are only permitted access within property boundaries; restricted or locked areas are off-limits.
- Grill use_ (if equipped)_: Only charcoal or firewood may be used in designated areas.
- No refunds: No refunds will be issued for equipment malfunctions.
Checkout & Care
- Guests are responsible for returning the home in clean condition; additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Do not rearrange or alter furniture or décor.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in bins or along the garage wall if bins are full; report full bins to Customer Support.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind belongings.
- Guests use amenities such as pools and spas at their own risk.
- Not liable for outages or system malfunctions during your stay.
- No compensation will be issued for weather-related impacts.
