- Natural beauty is all around in this area with several parks and hiking trailheads in close proximity and you can also easily explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. - This home's fabulous location places endless outdoor adventures just outside your door. In the winter months be out on the slopes in no time with both Cabriolet Ski Lift and the Frostwood Gondola within a mile from the home. Jump on one of these lifts and be taken to the base of Canyons Village. Should you want to take advantage of Park City's convenient and FREE Park City Transit bus system you are just a 10-minute walk to Canyons Village Transit Hub that connects you to all of Park City, including the historic Main Street district. Or, make the quick ten-minute drive from Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries there.
Parking information
- Two parking spots, one in the private garage and the other in the driveway outside, in the designated guest parking area. - Guests are not allowed to park in the shared driveway. - There is also a boot and gear dryer located in the garage for guest use.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
40% Refund: Receive a 40% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Please note that guests have access to Canyon Village Connect with an app, where you can arrange for pickup at the condo & go to any location within the Canyons Village area.
Guests will have access to the entire townhome, a private hot tub, and two parking spots.
Long-term stays allowed.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
- Due to short-term rental restrictions and liability reasons, we have to remain firm on the maximum occupancy restrictions. Maximum occupancy is the total number of guests that are allowed at the property at any given time (inclusive of any daytime guests).
- Please do note that we do not recommend shipping anything to the property as shipping in the mountains can be unreliable, we recommend shipping all packages to the local UPS or FedEx store and requesting it be held for you there. However, if you do decide to ship a package, please note we cannot receive packages before your stay and we are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive. Also, USPS does not service Breckenridge and most of Summit County. Items shipped or mailed via USPS will not arrive.
