This house (and community) exceeded my expectations! I have stayed in a lot of short term vacation rentals and this was one of the best stocked homes I've stayed in. The kitchen had everything that we needed (and more!) and even provided two different coffee pot styles (keurig and traditional drip) which was a bonus because we like to travel with our own coffee and are not a fan of keurigs. The home was very clean and the bed comfortable. There were ample beach towels, regular towels, TP and papertowels, etc. They also provided dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Everything worked as it should and we had no issues during our stay. The home is in a great location on the property and not in view of any active construction (unlike what the photo shows which must be old). We will definitely be back!

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
