Optional King/Twin Bed Conversion: A $250 Fee applies per bedroom reconfiguration set-up. Default bedroom configuration is as shown on pictures. Please see bedroom picture description for available bedding options.
The normal rental rates are limited and based on Ten (10) guests or otherwise noted on listing webpage. An additional charge per person per night for guests in addition to Ten (10) persons will be assessed. Children of age two (2) and under are dismissed from the occupancy count.
Extra fee on Pool & Spa Heating & Fire Pit (Fire Pit is currently out of service till further notice. In its place we have a wood fire pit that is free of service and guest must provide own logs). Heating fees vary, please inquire if pool/spa heating is desired.
